Taste of Willy Street, a fundraiser for Common Wealth Development's youth programs, will take place May 6 at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, 953 Jenifer St., with two seatings: 5:30 and 7 p.m. Food comes courtesy of Batch Bakehouse, Roman Candle, Ha Long Bay, Bandung, A Pig in a Fur Coat, Underground Food Collective, Chez Nanou, Jamerica, Lazy Jane's, Willy Street Co-op, Weary Traveler, Mother Fool's, Take 5, That BBQ Joint, Madison Sourdough and others. Tickets are $15 in advance and $17 at the door; for kids it's $7/$8. They're available at Willy Street Co-op East and Common Wealth Development.
