The Box Social puts on, according to Isthmus critic Tom Laskin, "very much a brown-bottle kind of performance - anxious, inspired, sentimental, loose in all the right places." They were all that, and more, at the High Noon Saloon on October 12 as the middle-act in a three-band bill celebrating the release of Isthmus' annual Madison Music Project publication. They were also gracious in answering some questions about touring and recording.
