UP: Russ Feingold. The Wisconsin senator says he'll try once again to censure President Bush over the war in Iraq and abuses of the Constitution. Feingold's first censure attempt, in 2006, garnered only three co-sponsors. Feingold now plans to introduce resolutions to reprimand Bush for misleading the country about Iraq and authorizing warrantless wiretaps.
DOWN: Dane County DA's Office. A new Legislative Audit Bureau report says the District Attorney's Office here is the most understaffed in the state, needing eight additional full-time prosecutors to handle growing caseloads. Overall, the report says, Wisconsin is short 117 prosecutors.
