UP: Scott Walker. The governor continues to break fundraising records, collecting about $13 million in the most recent filing and building his war chest to $25 million. Walker spent much of the past year flying to out-of-state fundraisers, and most of the money he raised comes from outside Wisconsin. Seventy-four percent of the more than 100,000 donors live out of state. At least we know whom he's working for.
DOWN: Poor Wisconsinites. The federal government approved cuts by the Walker administration that would cause about 17,000 adults to lose their health coverage and force another 30,000 to pay higher rates. The cuts will save the state $28 million.
