UP: The Wisconsin Innocence Project. The team of UW-Madison students and law professors succeeds in overturning yet another wrongful conviction, its 12th. Robert Lee Stinson, 44, who served 23 years behind bars, is freed after the project exposed the bite-mark analysis used to convict him as fraudulent. Subsequent DNA testing also points away from Stinson, but the state could still seek to try him.
