If there’s one thing that Wisconsinites take pride in, it’s great, hand-crafted beer. The state has long been known as a leader in the micro-beer movement, with several thriving small breweries. But as Mike Ivey reported in last week’s Isthmus, arcane regulations slipped into the 2011 budget have curtailed the growth of small breweries.
