Madison’s Exact Sciences has generated a lot of buzz lately, with a colon cancer screening test that could save millions of lives and make millions of dollars. The company is also looking for a subsidy from the city to locate its headquarters downtown. But as Joe Tarr reported in last week’s Isthmus, the company is not without risk.
