Turnout was low for the primary election on Tuesday, Feb. 20. Turnout was only at 10% by late afternoon, reported Dane County Clerk Bob Ohlsen, with those numbers unlikely to reach much higher. Nevertheless, the results speak for themselves, with the top two candidates in each race advancing to the general election on Apr. 3.
