Mayor Dave Cieslewicz is out of touch! Literally, I mean. He's in Jerusalem (that's in Israel, for you beauty pageant contestants) for the whole week for that city's annual "Conference of Mayors." The event is sponsored by an organization that's not likely to extend a membership to Ann Coulter: the Council for World Jewry. Joining Mayor Dave at the conference will be his counterparts from cities like Kiev, London, Dublin, Addis Ababa, Leipzig, Dortmund and Lima.
Also attending will be Dragoljub Davidovic, the mayor of Banja Luka (with around 230,000 residents, it's the second largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, kids) who I can only imagine goes by, simply, Mayor Dragoljub around his town.
