Next: Nicolas Cage stars as a Vegas magician who can see two minutes into the future. It's a rather enjoyable ride until the big action sequences kick in toward the end.
The TV Set: David Duchovny is a writer-producer trying to get a dramedy inspired by his brother's suicide onto the fall lineup in this once-over-lightly satire of the television industry. The movie isn't the full-frontal assault that 1976's Network was, but writer-director Jake Kasdan knows his way around a TV studio.
