"We sold somewhere around 100 copies of our new disc, Apparently Nothing & The Usual Things," "Thank you to everyone that braved the wet and humid conditions," likewise writes Beth Kille, rhythm guitarist and singer for another local group, Clear Blue Betty. Both are talking about the best place to live, as designated by Money magazine. While Clear Blue Betty played not too long after a rainstorm on Friday, Aug. 24, Apparently Nothing debuted their new album during Saturday's perfect conditions, amid the 43-year-old festival's carnival, craft fair, games, mascot competition and concession stands. One band that played both nights was Logarhythm, a five-piece Madison roots rock and jam band that was formed a couple of years ago by members of Groovulous Glove/Mingle Wood/The Green Situation, The Woods, and The Sugar. One fan shot video of the group's Saturday performance. A live concert video clip of the band playing their song "Another Story" follows below. Logarhythm also covered Jane's Addiction's "Been Caught Stealing" at the festival; the performance can be viewed here. Though the group does not currently have any September appearances, it does have October performances scheduled at J.T. Whitney's, the Great Midwest Marijuana Harvest Festival on the UW Library Mall, and Mr. Roberts.
