Veterans Day Observance

media release: The Madison Veterans Council and the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs will hold a joint ceremony to honor all veterans at the State Capitol on Monay Nov. 11, staring with a 9:15 AM concert and a formal ceremony at 10:00 AM.
