An unassuming, parlor atmosphere.
Attached to the coffeehouse in the former Lakeside Fibers space is this homey, neighborhoody, hump-day-through-the-weekend bar and live-music space. Lakeside Street features wines by the glass and bottle, micro-brews, and two rotating taps (recently, Furthermore Fatty Boombalatty and Capital Lake House), with $5 off a bottle of wine on Thursdays. It's all in an unassuming, kick-back, turn-of-the-century (19th-into-20th, that is) parlor atmosphere that's good for conversation. Snacks and pizza are also available.
