Thousands of people supporting the campaign to recall Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker gathered in downtown Madison on Tuesday evening for the Petition Turn-in Celebration. This exultant political rally filled the Exhibition Hall at Monona Terrace, capping a day in which United Wisconsin and its partners filed more than 1 million signatures to recall Walker, along with more petitions to recall Lt.
