press release: On Friday, May 18, two-time Overture Rising Stars and current Triple M-Project M finalist Chloe Louise will release her debut album, Hard To Tell on Sunday Night Records – an independent record label based in Madison, Wisconsin. A celebration to mark the release will be held at the North Street Cabaret at 610 North Street in Madison, and feature performances by Chloe Louise, Labrador (Madison), and Troy Left (Janesville). Chloe will be joined on stage, as she is on the album, by some of the best and brightest of Madison's thriving music scene including current and former members of her band, The HeartBreak Club. The event is general admission, $7 paid at the door and is limited to age 21 and over, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. CDs featuring color-your-own packaging will be available, as well as a first-time, limited run of Chloe Louise t-shirts.
Hard To Tell features eleven songs of hope and heartbreak, written on bar napkins and receipts, in notebooks and on bathroom mirrors; a series of dynamic snapshots of Chloe's life. It was produced by Chloe Louise along with Ryan Lansing and Nate Meng over the course of the last year. Chloe herself describes the album as “half songs to sing with your friends and half songs that might make you cry in the tub.” Following the initial release, the album will be available on iTunes, Spotify, Bandcamp, and from Sunday Night Records directly; online at www.sundaynightrecords.com
