A collaboration between Madison’s Theatre LILA and Milwaukee’s Bronzeville Arts Ensemble, the play tackles the issue of police violence in African American communities after a 10-year-old is shot by a police officer. The play opened in Milwaukee at the end of January to rave reviews. In conjunction with the show, local storytellers share “Real Stories about Race” at 5 pm on Saturday, Feb. 20.
