Madison's only Indonesian restaurant serves up excellent sate-ayam (chicken), sambalgoreng udang (shrimp) and the superb nasi goreng super, a kind of glorified fried rice. They also hold rijsttafel (Dutch for "rice table"), an elaborate meal of Indonesian dishes developed during the Dutch colonial era.
