"Jon is a man who lives life with one dedication: partying. But what would happen if he was unable to rock out anymore?"
This is the question posed in "Party Too Hard," a bit performed by The Public Drunkards, a relatively new sketch comedy team based in Madison. Though they're performing live on Thursday as part of a country-fried Halloween party, these Drunkards are also available for online imbibing. This includes their rumination upon the condition and the treatment for something they term "Crunk."

Founded by Casey Brown, Alan Talaga and Jon Lyons, other members of the Public Drunkards include Josh Reiter, Julia Hamburg, and Mallory Saurer. Previewing their second gig ever back in July, Joe Uchill introduced the troupe, detailing its origins and approach to sketch comedy. The Public Drunkards will be performing at the King Club on Thursday, Oct. 26 as the opening act in a Halloween party also featuring Chicago goth-metallurgists Cealed Kasket and Madison's own Awesome Car Funmaker. The ACF gang will be playing "in full cowboy attire, playing country favorites as well as performing current ACF songs in country format."
