Easy-to-like Ethiopian comfort food. At the heart of Buraka’s menu are several stews, served with white rice or spread on a piece of injera, a sour Ethiopian flatbread. Entrees are often simple; the real treat is found in its flavorful spicy sauces. The dorowot (Ethiopian chicken stew), peanut stew, lentil salad and misirwot (a thick lentil stew with split peas and potatoes) remain favorites. Many vegetarian-friendly options. $5-$15.
