The photo -- in glorious black-and-white -- shows Pupy Costello & His Big City Honky-Tonk playing a St. Patrick's Day gig with Earl Foss' Brown Derby at the King Club in downtown Madison. As announced prior to the show: "Pupy will rock you through a night of alt-country and Irish melodies. Here's mud in your eye...."
The band is making a triumphant return to their "beloved Wed. night gig" at the Crystal Corner Bar through the month of April, kicking off on April 4. More photos of their show last Friday night as taken by Esmond are available here.
