Singer-songrwirter John Dachik gave a free solo performance at the Madison Center for Creative & Cultural Arts (MCCCA) on Saturday, Oct. 14. Utilizing a piano, guitar and his voice, Dachik performed to a full room of glowstick-wielding fans at the MCCCA, which is tucked away off Henry and Dayton streets, next to the federal courthouse and downtown fire station. "This is a song about blind faith called 'Emerald City,' and please excuse the falsetto," says Dachik in his introduction to one song, which was captured for posterity.
