RSVP for Attorney General Candidates Debate
media release: Watch a live and in-person debate between Attorney General Josh Kaul and District Attorney Eric Toney, the two candidates for Attorney General, on Thursday, October 27, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the State Bar Center, 5302 Eastpark Boulevard in Madison. The debate is sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin, WISC-TV, and WisPolitics.com
The event is open to the public. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. All those who wish to attend the debate must register to this free event by Tuesday, October 25, 2022. WISC-TV in Madison and WKBT in La Crosse will air the debate and it will be live streamed on Channel3000.com.
Eric Franke, WISC-TV anchor, will moderate the event using a traditional debate format with opening statements, timed answers/rebuttals, and closing statements. Emilee Fannon of WDJT in Milwaukee, JR Ross of WisPolitics.com and Will Kenneally of WISC-TV will serve as part of the media panel asking the candidates questions.
