media release: The center’s annual farmers market kicks off May 4 and will continue every Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm through October 26 in the lot behind L.L.Bean, off of Segoe Road. This year, Hilldale is excited to welcome several new vendors to the market, including Mai’s Freshly Picked (produce, cut flowers), Lily’s Magical Treats (cotton candy, snowcones), Sifted Cakery (cupcakes, cookies) and Todo Fresco (cold pressed juices).
They join dozens of additional vendors offering Wisconsin cheese, locally grown produce, meat and eggs, bakery items, plants, herbs, microgreens and more. The vendors vary from week to week throughout the season.
“Every year, our market gets better and better,” said Nanci Horn, general manager of Hilldale. “There’s plenty of parking, it’s very walkable, and well-behaved, leashed dogs are always welcome. We know people are going to love this year’s new additions, plus all the favorites that’ll be back too.”
