Agile is everywhere, and we discover more everyday about how the BA role is evolving in organizations. BAs increasingly need to learn how to operate in both traditional and agile project environments. The most common BA techniques are used no matter what the approach. You can be more agile with your BA techniques no matter what approach or combination of approaches you and the team use. This session looks at how we can take concepts from agile and apply them to our everyday techniques and work contributing to successful usage of the techniques in agile, traditional, and hybrid approaches.
