The new dining space inside the Monona Terrace Hilton serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and a weekend brunch buffet. The menu has been put together thoughtfully. The kitchen shows a sure hand in its treatment of wild-caught halibut, plated with a broth and boiled new potato, and a dish of sautéed shrimp with green curry sauce and a fun coconut scallion rice cake. $6-$42.
