Low-key cafe offering some of the best bargain dining around. Order any of the biryani  dishes -- fluffy rice with choice of  mutton, chicken or mixed vegetables -- and you'll fill up for next to nothing. May be a tight squeeze for wheelchairs. $7-$15.
