Nice taqueria with a few booths for seating. Fresh made burritos, tacos, tortas and gorditas every day, with more homemade barbacoa, carnitas and tamales on the weekend. Large grocery area with produce and butcher counter as well.

Imagine you’re in a Mexican market...
I’d call La Rosita one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Madison area, except it’s not really a restaurant. It’s a grocery store. The open kitchen is tucked in next to a massive meat counter in the back of the store.
