Provides case management and resources for people 60+, in the Villages of Mount Horeb and Blue Mounds, and the Towns of Blue Mounds, Perry, Primrose and Springdale. Meals are served Monday through Friday at 11:15 am; reservations are needed by 1:00 pm the day before the meal (home delivery available). One of 15 agencies under Dane County Human Services and the Area Agency on Aging.
