Loaded Chicago dogs like they make them south of the border (the Wisco-Illinois border, of course) are the easy choice at Portillo's. The Italian beef is also done up right, with very thinly shaved, slow-roasted beef piled extremely high on Chicago’s own Turano french rolls. Salads here are just as hearty. $3-$20.
