How hard is it to find a light in a city where nobody smokes? That's the question posed by Montreal filmmaker Guillaume Lacanal in his short film created for the Wis-Kino first birthday Kabaret long ago in 2003.
A man walking around the heart of Madison -- Capitol Square, State Street, and the UW campus -- is unable to find or make a light for the cigarette dangling from his lips. Not even Bucky Badger can help him. Will his final plea of despair help?
