For the Isthmus Cover Coloring Contest local artists submitted colorful renditions of our December 22 cover, which featured the Wisconsin State Capitol peppered with familiar Madison icons. Winners were chosen by a panel of Isthmus judges. Here are all the submissions, grouped by age category; the winners in each category scored a gift certificate to the Roman Candle.
