Isthmus on the isthmus: 'Madison needs a bus station and that's no joke' (video)

Since the Badger Bus Depot on the corner of West Washington and Bedford closed its doors in the fall of 2009, bus travelers and others have expressed dissatisfaction with the alternatives. At a time when gas prices and other costs associated with car ownership make bus travel a convenient option, there seem to be more obstacles than ever for those traveling to and from Madison to actually get on the Greyhound. That population includes the two women featured in this video, one of whom was moved to write a poem about the situation.
