This is my third winter living in an apartment on Lake Monona. Each year I've witnessed a beautiful bald eagle flying by my window around this time of year?
He likes to next in a tree a couple houses up from mine. My place is located en route to the open water area located between B.B. Clarke Beach and Monona Terrace. I often see him on his way to breakfast (and dinner?) at dawn and dusk
Hmm... a bald eagle living in the heart of east-side Madison, the home turf of faux radio talker Russ Lieber. What might his nemesis Stephen Colbert have to say about this?
