Today's image is titled Morning Sun and Effects and was photographed by Dave Esmond.
Shot nearly a month ago in the dawn of the summer solstice, this photo captures a view of the UW-Madison skyline that will soon be history. The picture was snapped at the southwestern section of the campus near Camp Randall and captures a short stretch of buildings along University Avenue (between Charter and Randall streets) that will be largely demolished in the coming years.
