"I was pulling out of my driveway onto Spaight Street," writes Darcy, "when I spied this slow-moving vehicle approaching!" Another view of the cart, which was rolling around the Marquette neighborhood on Sunday, June 10, can also be seen in an shot by Dawn Perry.
