Soggy Square
Today's image is titled Soggy Square and was photographed by Kristian Knutsen.
Most of the snow that fell through Friday is already melted, with only a few remaining lumps remaining in lines where it was piled by shovels and plows. More light flurries are possible today and Wednesday, but things are looking otherwise clear through the next week. Winter is rapidly approaching, though; the leaves are mostly gone and the solstice is only a month away. As conditions remain humid and above freezing, though, the grass will remain green and the squirrels happy.
