This photo depicts the Ward 41 polling place at the Madison Area Technical College campus in downtown Madison. This ward serves a heavily student populated neighborhood in the 4th Aldermanic District in the heart of the city. Shortly before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, the polling place was moderately busy as would be expected in this high-profile mid-term election.
