This photo shows a pair of hikers making their way down a prairie path in the taken of autumn scenes in the nature preserve on Saturday. There are two organized walks at the Arboretum this weekend: the first is a winter walk on Saturday, Oct. 27, that looks at the approaching winter, and the second is "Tales of the Lost City" on Sunday, Oct. 28, a look at a failed 1920s residential development that is now hidden amid woodlands near the center of the park.
