It's too bad that the Green County Cheese Days only held once every two years. Since the celebration based upon cheese was held early this autumn, it won't be returning to Monroe for more than another twenty months. In the meantime, though, satisfy your cravings for fresh kÃse and Swiss culture Wisconsin-style with an online video montage created with vintage photos from the festival.
