One of State Street's most recognizable fixtures is Art Paul Schlosser, the street busker sporting a guitar, kazoo, and a repertoire of enthusiastic novelty songs. One of his recent seasonal selections is the "Santa Claus Twist."

The video was shot by Roger Bindl. The filmmaker behind HEM Productions, Bindl is a regular contributor to Wis-Kino. This short video is a good introduction to his work, as it showcases two of his regular subjects: animation and Schlosser. Bindl has produced at least seven other short films of the State Street personalities, including an introduction, and performances of his better-requested ditties like "Punk Rock in the White House" (here) and "I'm Eating Cheese" (here).
