Wisconsin Union Directorate's film committee wisely moved this celebration of recent foreign and independent films to the fall, reducing competition with the Wisconsin Film Festival. Highlights include A Most Wanted Man (Saturday, 9 pm), an espionage thriller featuring Philip Seymour Hoffman's final performance, and Listen Up Philip (Sunday, 5:30 pm), which stars Rushmore's Jason Schwartzman as a self-obsessed writer.
