Roots-rock singer-songwriter Jackie Greene will perform March 11, followed by Flecktones bassist extraordinaire Victor Wooten on March 17. March 25 sees 7 Walkers, featuring the Grateful Dead's Bill Kreutzmann, the Meters' George Porter Jr., Matt Hubbard and Papa Mali. April will bring buzzed-about country band Jason Boland & the Stragglers on the 19th and the much-anticipated return of slowcore pioneers Low, who perform their new album, C'mon, on the 20th. Then French electropop sensation Yelle stops by May 8.
The theater is also running a promotion for local Facebook fanatics. Those who convince the most friends to "like" the Majestic's Facebook page get to choose one treat from an impressive prize package: an iPad, two tickets to Summer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, Ill., and a pair of tickets to any Majestic show through May 15.
