The second annual Make Music Madison was a rousing success, so rousing that it had locals singing and dancing on sidewalks, in parks and even at the library. Nearly 400 concerts took place at more than 100 area venues, including the newly renovated Wisconsin Union Theater, where Isthmus Jazz Festival headliners Richard Davis and Willie Pickens performed.
