An Evening of Good Taste

press release: Here’s a way that folks can sample dozens of delicious appetizers and desserts, while helping out a good cause at the same time.

Madison College’s An Evening of Good Taste runs from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Truax Campus. Proceeds from the event benefit student scholarships.

Menu items include:

-Tuna tataki with wasabi foam and soy pearls

-Duck confit eggrolls with plum chutney

-Pepper smoked salmon with dill chevre mousse on crostini

-Seared scallops with polenta and lardons

-Lobster mac and cheese

-Pulled pork sliders

-And much, much more

The event is also a final exam for Madison College culinary arts and baking/decorative arts students.
