Andrew MacRossie is a Collins Fellow and DMA candidate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. An active solo and chamber performer, MacRossie’s playing has been recognized at the MTNA Young Artist Competition, the Fischoff Chamber Competition, the Charleston International Contemporary Music Competition, the University of Michigan’s Briggs Chamber Music Competition, and the Hartt School of Music’s Paranov Concerto Competition. MacRossie holds degrees in saxophone performance from the University of Michigan, the University of Hartford, and Colorado State University.
