Bird & Nature Outing

media release: Second Thursday every month Senior Bird and Nature Adventures are co-sponsored by Madison FUN partners Madison Parks, Warner Park Community Recreation Center, Newbridge, Monona Senior Center, Badgerland Bird Alliance and Wild Warner. Seniors are also welcome on all of the other monthly Madison FUN Bird and Nature Adventures. See the partner group websites and Facebook pages for updates and more activities! No registration is required for Senior Adventures. Senior organizations are encouraged to help invite Seniors and bring small groups. Seniors 60 and older can register for a free lunch at 11:30am before the program and transportation if needed by calling 608-512-0000 ext 4006 at least 2 days in advance.

Seniors are invited to join Naturalist Julie Melton for a relaxing nature walk on fairly accessable walk paths at Warner Park.   Enjoy the beauty of fall trees, birds and nature as you stroll by Warner Pond and explore easy paths in Warner Woods.  Bring a friend, child or other family member.
