press release: First Saturday every month year round, meets at 1650 Sherman Avenue (Tenney Park Beach parking lot). Outings are free, fun, family friendly and educational. No registration required, no pets. Wear a mask and maintain social distance. Wear comfortable hiking shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Bring binoculars or a camera if you have one! Post pictures and comments on the Friends of Tenney-Lapham and Friends of Yahara River Parkway Facebook pages. Join Naturalist Paul Noeldner on a free fun educational family friendly guided walk to learn about Groundhogs, Muskrats, Chipmunks and other cute critters that sleep through most of Winter but sometimes wake up on warmer days to get a snack - or go Looking for Love!
