We will explore the beautiful woodlands and visit historic old oaks in the prairie 'oak openings' and learn about their contributions to the ecosystem. We will try using the Seek app to help identify and learn more about the different trees by taking pictures of leaves and bark. Then create an iNaturalist account so you can post your Seek findings to the iNaturalist database used by researchers all over the world!
