Glassworkers and artists from near and far convene to show off their wares and their skills at the annual Glassroots Madison event. At a live flameworking demo, members of the Glassroots Guild will demonstrate their art, and more than 40 booths will display functional and nonfunctional art. A themed afterparty at High Noon Saloon on Oct. 11 features music by Bongripper and DJ Trichrome (8 pm, free).
