press release: Dane County’s first distiller, Yahara Bay Distillers, will host a Bourbon Pancake Breakfast in June during the distiller’s two-month Preserve Festival that raises awareness and funds for the FEED Kitchens.
Chef Josh Pleasnick will offer traditional pancakes as well as bourbon blueberry herbed pancakes, served with Yahara Bay’s Bourbon Barreled Maple Syrup. The breakfast includes a choice of sausage or 3RD GEAR Candied Bacon or Wisconsin-based Nueske’s bacon.
The Bourbon Pancake Breakfast will take place from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Yahara Bay Distillers, 6250 Nesbitt Road location in Fitchburg.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for children (ages 4-12) and free for children 3 and under and include endless pancakes, breakfast meats, milk, juice and coffee.
